CEO
Jamie has been active in the digital asset space since 2011, when he operated one of the UK’s first Bitcoin mining facilities.
A recognised regulatory expert and certified MLRO, he brings experience from global investment banks, including Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley, as well as deep-tech research companies.
Jamie has extensive commercial experience in sales and negotiation and has served as an expert adviser in international arbitration cases.
CTO
StJohn started in Bitcoin in 2013, writing a secure crypto storage system and a blockchain publishing platform.
His background is engineering – he has a Master’s in Electronic Engineering from Durham University and previously worked in speech recognition, robotics, and engineering simulations.
In the blockchain field, he has built payment processors, smart contracts, transaction parsers, liquidity position managers, tradebots, and trade engines.
MLRO / Head of Compliance
Ian began his career in financial services in 1989, transitioning from education into regulatory training and compliance leadership.
A former Director of Compliance and Group MLRO across major personal finance and electronic money institutions, he has served at board level in UK, Anglo-Canadian, and Anglo-German firms.
Since 2020, he has led regulatory frameworks for cryptoasset businesses, working closely with regulators across the UK and Europe.
