What is AutoBuy?
AutoBuy is a way to fund your Solidi account from your banking app using Faster Payments.
You include a short reference we give you so our systems know which account and which coins to credit — ideal for repeating buys without clicking through a checkout each time.
Two ways people use it
On a fixed day each month
Add a standing order (sometimes called a repeat transfer) so a set amount leaves your bank on payday or any schedule you choose. Same reference each time keeps the process predictable for you and traceable for us.
When you have spare cash
Make a one-off transfer from your bank whenever you want to top up. Use your AutoBuy reference in the payment details so the amount is matched to your account quickly.
How it works
- Open your Solidi account. Registration takes a couple of minutes; you will need to complete identity checks in line with UK requirements.
- Send a Faster Payment from your bank. Enter the amount you want to invest. In the reference field, use the AutoBuy form of your Solidi deposit reference (replace the first letter S with A for AutoBuy). Your full reference is shown on AutoBuy setup when you are logged in.
- We credit crypto when the payment arrives. Matching is automated. Many banks support Faster Payments 24/7, so you are not tied to our office hours.
