Steps for setting up a business account on Solidi:

1) Create a personal Solidi account for each director.

To comply with UK regulations, we need to perform ID verification and KYC on the directors of the business.

The easiest way to achieve this is for each director to create their own personal account and go through our normal verification procedure.

Each director will need to provide:

• A Passport or Driving License
• A bank statement or other proof of address

2) Create a new account for the business.

Choose the name of the main point of contact for the company.

This is a personal account that we will then convert to a business account.

3) Upload the ID document(s) for the business.

We will need:

• A business bank statement or incorporation document

4) Complete the Business Account application form:

5) Complete the two forms (‘Suitability Assessment’ and ‘Customer Categorisation’) that occlude the Buy / Sell boxes on the front page.
